A four-level home at Seven Hills, owned by property developer Matthew Wallace, will go under the hammer on Thursday.

The executive-style family home, at 3 Majestic Outlook, has city skyline views and features six bedrooms, three-bathrooms and a triple garage.

Mr Wallace is the Head of Apartments at Lend Lease, and was previously Mirvacs CEO for Masterplanned Communities and CEO of development in Queensland.

He is selling the home in line with changes to his work schedule.

I am spending more time in Sydney as part of my role with Lend Lease and therefore I am looking for a lower maintenance home as the family gets older and I am commuting more frequently, he said.

Its a beautiful home and I would love to see it go to another family who can enjoy it over many years.

Place sales agent Carla Haddan said the property, on an 842sq m block was a rare find close to the city.

The home is located in a sought after residential pocket of Seven Hills, and is designed to function as a family home, executive retreat and entertainers delight, she said.

Standout features include a large backyard with ample room for children to play, complemented by an expansive entertainers pavilion with a built-in barbecue, new commercial ice maker and wet bar, overlooking a 20 metre suspended lap pool.

Ms Haddan said the split floorplan allowed plenty of space and privacy for a growing family. Four bedrooms are on the top level, with another two on the ground floor which could act as a teenagers retreat, guest wing or space to work from home.

The auction is on November 24 at 6.30pm in-rooms. Head to Level 1, 33 Lytton Rd, East Brisbane.
